Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote)

Compensation: $122,000–$154,000 (OTE)

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain deep relationships with strategic customers, sponsors, and key stakeholders to ensure long-term success.
  • Conduct success planning workshops and business reviews to align hirify.global capabilities with customer objectives.
  • Drive adoption and value realization through proactive risk identification, mitigation, and strategy execution.
  • Partner with sales pods to identify and support account expansion opportunities and cross-selling.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on analytics, automation, and AI workflows.
  • Act as the primary interface between customers and internal cross-functional departments.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA and capable of working remotely within the country.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, consulting, sales engineering, or project management.
  • Hands-on experience with hirify.global or related analytics platforms such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of Canadian business practices and regional regulatory considerations.
  • Proven ability to track, report, and demonstrate the impact of customer-facing activities.
  • Capacity to explain the data automation lifecycle clearly to diverse stakeholders.
