• Analyze customer data to provide strategic recommendations that influence behavior and ensure value realization.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, aligning product usage with their specific business goals.
• Develop and execute comprehensive Customer Success Plans to drive product adoption, engagement, and retention.
• Act as the internal voice of the customer, influencing product strategy and platform capabilities based on user sentiment.
• Partner with Account Executives to facilitate successful renewals and identify expansion opportunities within your book of business.
• Facilitate collaboration across internal teams including Product, Professional Services, and Marketing to maximize the customer experience.

• At least 10 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles within the SaaS industry.
• Deep understanding of Sales Engagement, Marketing Automation, and CRM integrations.
• Proven ability to manage and grow a book of complex or strategic enterprise clients.
• Strong business acumen with experience in sales processes, execution, and go-to-market strategies.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
