Product Director, Payment Fraud

Location: San Francisco; relocation to Singapore is required

Salary: $200,000–$270,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the strategy and roadmap for payment fraud products and capabilities.
• Develop customer-facing fraud management offerings with commercial strategy teams.
• Oversee the lifecycle of fraud prevention tools for risk analytics, operations teams, and customers.
• Partner with risk analytics to develop fraud detection and prevention solutions and monitor their effectiveness.
• Lead cross-functional work with engineering, data science, legal, and compliance teams.
• Manage Fraud Analysts and use fraud metrics, patterns, and trends to improve prevention strategies and tooling.

Requirements

• 7–15 years of overall professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in payments fraud or payments risk management.
• Experience in product management, go-to-market propositions, product design, product planning, and development.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in a STEM field with demonstrated high academic achievement.
• Experience in fintech or another domain with high conceptual complexity.
