Senior International Tax Accountant (Fintech)

TL;DR

Senior International Tax Accountant (Fintech): Supporting international tax compliance and planning, federal tax controversy, and various special projects with an accent on U.S. international tax concepts such as GILTI, Subpart F, E&P and foreign tax credits. Focus on continual improvement of existing processes and preparation of transfer pricing documentation.

What you will do

• Prepare calculations for FDII, GILTI and Subpart F.
• Coordinate the preparation of Forms 5471, 8858, 1118 and Country by Country Reporting with external advisors.
• Prepare documentation and coordinate miscellaneous filings including 1042’s, tax withholding payments and FBAR reports.
• Support federal income tax audits for international tax matters.
• Assist with preparation of transfer pricing documentation.
• Engage in special projects as assigned, including assistance with the preparation of the R&D tax credit and 174 capitalization study.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience with large, multinational C-Corporations
• Ability to collaborate across different teams within the organization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills
• CPA, JD or CPA exam eligible
