What you will do

• Interface with clients, providing proactive tax insights and a white-glove experience.
• Prepare, review, and file tax returns for households with $1M – $25M net worth, plus related business returns.
• Architect the Tax Brain by breaking down complex tax decisions into logic trees that engineers can code.
• Train AI by reviewing AI advice, correcting logic, and writing system instructions to prevent hallucinations.
• Solve edge cases, including AMT crossover, wash sales, multi-state allocation, QSBS, and pass-through optimization.

Requirements

• Active CPA license for 5+ years.
• Prepared, reviewed, and/or filed 500+ individual (1040) returns.
• Experience serving clients with $1M – $25M net worth.
• Working knowledge of business returns (S-corps, partnerships, Schedule C).
• Logic-driven, tech-forward, low ego, high agency.
