What you will do

• Lead product definition and drive customer working backwards strategy.
• Define product roadmap including investment, innovation, and experimentation.
• Execute product planning and development, ensuring alignment with product goals.
• Drive product launch and ensure customer and business goals are met.
• Lead operations including monitoring and response to customer feedback.
• Lead interaction with the technical team, helping make tradeoffs based on customer requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Min. 4 years (for Associate) and 7 years (for VP) of previous work experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a technical product management role.
• Demonstrated success collaborating with design and engineering peers to lead a product development team.
• Comfortable with Agile processes, with an emphasis on creating backlogs that support the product roadmap.
• Proven ability to influence and/or lead a cross-functional team without direct authority.
• Ability to translate customer needs into a product roadmap.

Nice to have

• Experience managing an entire product's lifecycle, from conception to launch.
• Experience working with distributed scheduling platforms and large-scale compute.
• Solid technical foundation in software development and delivery.
• Experience managing day-to-day technical and design direction.
• Familiar with machine learning and data products.
