What you will do
- Lead product definition and drive customer working backwards strategy.
- Define product roadmap including investment, innovation, and experimentation.
- Execute product planning and development, ensuring alignment with product goals.
- Drive product launch and ensure customer and business goals are met.
- Lead operations including monitoring and response to customer feedback.
- Lead interaction with the technical team, helping make tradeoffs based on customer requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Min. 4 years (for Associate) and 7 years (for VP) of previous work experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a technical product management role.
- Demonstrated success collaborating with design and engineering peers to lead a product development team.
- Comfortable with Agile processes, with an emphasis on creating backlogs that support the product roadmap.
- Proven ability to influence and/or lead a cross-functional team without direct authority.
- Ability to translate customer needs into a product roadmap.
Nice to have
- Experience managing an entire product's lifecycle, from conception to launch.
- Experience working with distributed scheduling platforms and large-scale compute.
- Solid technical foundation in software development and delivery.
- Experience managing day-to-day technical and design direction.
- Familiar with machine learning and data products.
