What you will do

  • Drive technical sales and implementation with the largest U.S. banks and financial institutions.
  • Build and strengthen the partner ecosystem by collaborating with exchanges, card networks, and payment companies.
  • Ensure institutional-grade compliance and operations, maintaining the highest regulatory standards.
  • Define and prioritize core product features, scoping problems, and co-creating solutions with engineering.

Requirements

  • Track record shipping complex fintech/payments/banking products with meaningful partner and regulatory dependencies.
  • Proven ability to run end-to-end cross-functional programs in regulated environments (risk, controls, audit, policy, compliance).
  • Strong stakeholder management with executive-level customers/partners and deep technical counterparts.
  • Bias for ownership and execution in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

Nice to have

  • Direct experience with stablecoin issuance, tokenization, or institutional crypto infrastructure.
  • Experience building platform products and partner ecosystems (APIs, integrations, co-development).
  • Prior work in or with federally regulated financial institutions (bank controls/governance).
