What you will do

• Define strategic product vision and maintain the backlog for the Aladdin system with a focus on user experience.
• Partner with technology teams to refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate and validate system requirements and drive the acceptance testing phase.
• Monitor platform readiness, track incidents, and ensure timely resolution of defects.
• Conduct platform training and provide guidance to end users.
• Liaise with business process owners to ensure platform alignment with business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Engineering, or Computer Science.
• In-depth knowledge of Aladdin Enterprise (BlackRock) platform.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Product Owner role within banking.
• Strong understanding of Wealth Management business products and processes.
• Proven experience delivering cross-functional technology projects using Agile methodology.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement at all levels.
