• Ensure all account operations strictly comply with internal corporate requirements.
• Participate in regular sales meetings and professional development training.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience within the financial services industry.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
• Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills for managing external client relations.
• Self-motivated and adaptable character capable of thriving in changing work environments.
• Willingness to travel and possession of own transport.
• Tertiary education in Business, Management, or Marketing is preferred.
