What you will do

  • Deliver assigned business targets through aggressive sales activities.
  • Negotiate competitive and sustainable pricing for the business.
  • Manage and develop day-to-day merchant relationships, including terminal installations and training.
  • Ensure operational efficiency and compliance in all account opening procedures.
  • Collaborate with business development on new product opportunities and sales support.
  • Forecast market trends and potential sales activities within the assigned territory.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of sales experience within the financial services industry.
  • Entrepreneurial character capable of executing effective sales strategies.
  • Strong planning, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities when dealing with customers.
  • Willingness to travel and possession of own transport.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Nice to have

  • Proven sales experience in the credit card business.
  • Tertiary education in Business, Management, or Marketing.
