What you will do

• Serve as the main point of contact for Workday within the HR department.
• Analyze system usage and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolution with relevant stakeholders.
• Lead redesign and enhancement of HR processes within Workday.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations for internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Workday (HR modules mandatory).
• Strong expertise in Workday configuration, optimization, and deployment.
• Proven ability to lead HRIS transformation or redesign projects.
• Solid understanding of HR operations and best practices.
• Fluent in Japanese and English
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote or international environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in APAC environments is an advantage.
• Previous involvement in Workday migration or re-architecture projects is preferred.
• Knowledge of data access restrictions in regulated environments is a plus.
