What you will do

• Partner with HR stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
• Audit current configurations to identify failures in "out-of-the-box" processes and provide strategic recommendations.
• Execute hands-on configuration across Core HCM functional areas including Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Talent.
• Review and redesign existing business processes to eliminate bottlenecks and improve user experience.
• Build and maintain advanced Reports and Calculated Fields, and manage data loads via EIBs.
• Evaluate bi-annual Workday updates for value-add features and maintain comprehensive system documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Workday HCM.
• Proven ability to navigate between high-level strategy discussions and detailed technical configuration.
• Mastery of Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports.
• Deep understanding of the Workday data model and the impact of module changes on integrations and payroll.
• Ability to clearly explain technical limitations to non-technical HR partners and build consensus within internal politics.
