Location: Must be a resident of WA, OR, ID, CA, AZ, TX, NC, SC, GA, or VA. If located in Washington state and within a reasonable driving distance to our Tukwila Headquarters (TFC), we encourage you come into the office on Tuesdays & Wednesdays each week. For those candidates that live outside the commutable distance to TFC and in any of our approved remote work locations, this role will be primarily remote.

Salary: $80,200.00-$97,800.00

What you will do

• Build, update, and publish website content using a Content Management System (CMS), ensuring content is accurate, accessible, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Support and help maintain web production content schedules and timelines to ensure timely delivery of updates and enhancements.
• Work one‑on‑one with business partners who request website content updates, including PDFs, images, and basic content changes.
• Archive site pages, set up page redirects, and create alias URLs to support content updates.
• Assist with documenting new website publishing processes and updating existing procedures to improve consistency and efficiency.
• Research and benchmark competitors’ marketing website strategies, tactics, and best practices to inform continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications, or equivalent work or education-related experience
• Typically requires a minimum of 1 year of marketing or web production experience in a business environment
• Working experience building and publishing website content on enterprise-level CMS platforms (Optimizely or Sitecore preferred)
• Project management skills required, with a strong service focus and ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables
• Understanding of web publishing workflows, approvals and version control
