Regional Marketing Manager

Location: Must be based in Sydney. Expect 20% - 30% ANZ travel.

What you will do

• Plan and execute integrated marketing programs (digital campaigns, executive roundtables, field events, webinars, partner activations) working alongside the AMER Field Marketing team.
• Partner closely with Sales to align on account priorities and pipeline goals.
• Support ABM initiatives in collaboration with global marketing and regional sales teams.
• Develop and implement the ANZ regional marketing plan aligned to global priorities and regional revenue targets.
• Identify growth opportunities within key industries and accounts in the region.
• Localize global campaigns and messaging to resonate with the ANZ market.

Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or technology.
• Experience owning regional or field marketing programs in ANZ.
• Genuine enthusiasm for building with and using AI in your work.
• Strong understanding of demand generation, ABM, and pipeline marketing.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Strong project management and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global or similar no-code AI platforms.
• Strong understanding of PLG -> enterprise motions.
• Experience marketing to enterprise and mid-market audiences.
• Familiarity with the ANZ technology ecosystem.
• Experience working with CRM and marketing automation tools.
