What you will do
- Respond to inbound client inquiries via phone, e-mail, text or chat with itineraries confirmed and sent out the same day.
- Research and make decisions based on available information, balancing guest and business needs.
- Handle and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and questions by phone and email.
- Efficiently manage requests for services and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Provide accurate travel advice and document client concerns for follow up.
- Maintain a working knowledge of all company products, services, and promotions.
Requirements
- Full fluency in English (verbal and written)
- 2 years’ experience in a customer service and/or sales related environment.
- Ability to use systems and programs such as Sabre, Excel, and Word.
- Exceptional customer service focus with problem-solving skills.
- Extraordinary time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- A flexible schedule based on business needs.
- Internet Mbps plan should be 100mbps or higher
