What you will do

• Respond to inbound client inquiries via phone, e-mail, text or chat with itineraries confirmed and sent out the same day.
• Research and make decisions based on available information, balancing guest and business needs.
• Handle and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and questions by phone and email.
• Efficiently manage requests for services and coordinate travel arrangements.
• Provide accurate travel advice and document client concerns for follow up.
• Maintain a working knowledge of all company products, services, and promotions.

Requirements

• Full fluency in English (verbal and written)
• 2 years’ experience in a customer service and/or sales related environment.
• Ability to use systems and programs such as Sabre, Excel, and Word.
• Exceptional customer service focus with problem-solving skills.
• Extraordinary time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• A flexible schedule based on business needs.
• Internet Mbps plan should be 100mbps or higher
