We are looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team, responsible for driving, scaling, and optimizing revenue performance to support strategic decision-making.

What you will do

• Own and optimize core revenue processes across the funnel (Marketing → Sales → Customer Success).
• Drive visibility and consistency across key metrics such as pipeline generation and conversion, revenue forecasting accuracy, MRR, ARR, churn, retention, and expansion.
• Partner with sales leadership to define, track, and evolve strategic KPIs and revenue targets.
• Structure and maintain reliable datasets and reporting layers to support business decisions.
• Act as a key stakeholder in the evolution and governance of the RevOps tech stack.
• Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance leaders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Analytics roles.
• Expertise in SQL and data analysis.
• Solid experience working with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
• Experience with BI tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Familiarity with Google ecosystem (BigQuery, Google Sheets).
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and revenue models (MRR, ARR, LTV, CAC, churn).

Nice to have

• Experience in high-growth SaaS environments.
• Previous exposure to quota planning, compensation, or capacity models.
• Experience working in international teams.
• Familiarity with tools like Databricks or modern data stacks.
• Advanced English is a plus.
