What you will do

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding U.S. Customs brokerage services.
• Prepare, review, and process import documentation in accordance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations.
• Monitor and adapt to ongoing tariff changes and regulatory updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve routine shipment issues and avoid clearance delays.
• Maintain accurate records of entries, client communications, and supporting documentation.
• Identify potential entry discrepancies or compliance risks and promptly escalate them.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite/Google Suite.
• 1–2 years of experience in U.S. Customs brokerage, import operations, or trade compliance.
• Working knowledge of tariff classification, duty programs, and CBP entry processes.
• Bilingual: English and Spanish, with full professional proficiency in both written and verbal communication.

Nice to have

• Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) or equivalent customs training preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities combined with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
