What you will do

• Assess product landscapes to identify high-impact AI/ML integration opportunities.
• Develop and align AI strategies with core game initiatives.
• Translate ambiguous technical capabilities into concrete roadmaps with clear success metrics.
• Partner with engineering and research teams to ensure robust and scalable AI implementations.
• Lead cross-functional teams and serve as a strategic proxy for leadership.
• Ensure AI solutions effectively solve developer and player pain points.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical product management or relevant engineering/research fields.
• Demonstrated experience managing products powered by Machine Learning, LLMs, or Generative AI.
• Proven ability to operate at a Principal level and drive outcomes without direct authority.
• Strong technical background with the ability to debate tradeoffs with engineering leads.
• Experience converting open-ended research into shipped products with defined KPIs.
