Salary: $90,000 - $110,000

What you will do

  • Act as the subject matter expert and escalation point for retail media within the ecommerce team for senior client contacts.
  • Manage 3–5 Strategy & Activation Analysts & Senior Analysts.
  • Lead campaign strategy and execution across Amazon Sponsored Ads and Amazon DSP.
  • Utilize and oversee activation in Criteo for campaigns across supported retailers.
  • Collaborate with the Data Strategy team to support reporting, deep-dive analyses, and actionable insights.
  • Codify and share best practices, retail media POVs, and optimization frameworks across teams.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in retail media, including hands-on execution in Amazon Sponsored Ads & DSP.
  • Experience managing and developing a team of 2+ direct reports.
  • Experience managing large product catalogs (ASIN or item-level management).
  • Strong analytical skills, and comfort with MS Excel, data analysis and internet technologies.
  • Proven ability to think creatively about challenging analytic problems.
  • Ability to contribute to fast-paced, entrepreneurial, innovative, collaborative, team-based environment.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience activating retail media through Criteo.
  • Familiarity with Pacvue, Skai, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Dynamic communication & presentation skills.
