What you will do

• Act as a subject matter expert for retail media and serve as an escalation point for senior client contacts.
• Manage and develop a team of 3–5 analysts and senior analysts.
• Lead campaign strategy and execution for Amazon Sponsored Ads and Amazon DSP.
• Oversee activation in Criteo for campaigns across supported retailers.
• Collaborate with the Media Analytics and Client Solutions teams to translate client goals into platform strategies.
• Codify and share best practices, retail media points of view, and optimization frameworks.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in retail media with hands-on execution in Amazon Sponsored Ads and DSP.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Experience managing and developing a team of 2+ direct reports.
• Proven ability to manage large product catalogs (ASIN or item-level).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.
• Experience activating retail media through Criteo.
