What you will do

• Serve as a senior strategic expert across retail media platforms, guiding teams and clients on planning, investment strategy, partner selection, campaign design, and measurement.
• Act as a senior point of contact for assigned client(s), with accountability for client success.
• Partner with clients to understand business goals, marketing objectives, and competitive dynamics, translating them into integrated retail media strategies.
• Lead and develop a team of Directors, Associate Directors, Managers, etc. by providing strategic direction, coaching, and mentorship to drive high performance and career growth.
• Oversee the execution of complex, multi-platform retail media campaigns, ensuring consistency, quality, and performance across channels.
• Drive innovation across retail media offerings, including testing new platforms, beta opportunities, and emerging capabilities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in retail media, ecommerce advertising, or performance marketing, with deep expertise across multiple retail media networks (not limited to Amazon).
• Proven ability to lead executive-level client relationships and act as a trusted advisor within complex organizations.
• Strong understanding of the retail media ecosystem, including sponsored ads, DSP, and offsite retail media strategies.
• Experience leading and scaling high-performing, cross-functional teams, with a demonstrated ability to develop talent at multiple levels.
• Strong analytical mindset, with comfort interpreting performance data and translating insights into action.
• Hands-on, solutions-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with retail media tools and platforms such as Pacvue, Skai, or similar technologies preferred
• Innovative thinker with the ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex marketing challenges
