What you will do

• Partner with clients to develop their strategic vision and adapt to industry changes.
• Drive business development process, including proposal strategy, pricing, presentation, scoping, billing, and contract management.
• Manage all operational aspects of the client engagement, including executive relationship management, deliverable development, quality assurance, and client business reviews.
• Participate and lead practice development activities within hired Service Line and Practice.
• Mentor and counsel staff within the Practice.

Requirements

• Proven ability to sell or to close professional services work.
• Ability to oversee, quality assure analytics and oversee and mentor others in the delivery and production of client deliverables.
• Ability to relate to clients and team members in an effective and collaborative manner.
• Ability to lead teams to successful outcomes.
• Led end-to-end revenue cycle transformation initiatives for large healthcare systems, delivering measurable improvements in cash collections, days in A/R, and denial reduction through operational redesign, technology optimization, and performance analytics.

Nice to have

• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Ability to achieve demonstratable outcomes against established goals and/or statement of work.
• Experience in thought leadership and publishing.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
