Location: This role is based in our Lake Mary, FL, Chicago, IL, New York, NY or Denver, CO office(s), with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 USD

What you will do

• Take ownership of critical daily Margin processes such as handling complex transactions and comprehensive reviews of customer accounts to ensure applicable regulations and industry best practices are adhered to.
• Partner with customer facing teams to address escalated inquiries and exception handling of margin accounts.
• Escalate and address high-risk or abnormal user activities, with a focus on trend analysis and timely resolutions.
• Seek out opportunities and contribute meaningfully to enhancing operational efficiencies and delivering a great customer experience related to our margin offering.
• Use AI and data driven decision making to collaborate on ongoing enhancements or innovative new solutions to department policies and procedures.
• Apply a detailed working knowledge of Margin operations and regulatory requirements, along with fluency in Artificial Intelligence, to amplify your impact.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of retail brokerage account operations, regulations related to margin transactions and partnerships with customer facing teams
• Demonstrated history of operational excellence - leveraging AI in various capacities to implement automation, build out new processes, and explore data sets with limited support needed
• Extreme attention to detail, combined with courageous accountability for driving results
• Ability to combine speed with thoughtfulness to learn quickly, think critically and apply problem-solving skills to resolve escalated issues and solve complex issues.
• Self-motivated, with a bias for action and able to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
• FINRA Series 7 with desire to obtain Series 24
