What you will do

  • Review and analyze compensation data daily to ensure accurate calculation and processing of payments.
  • Research and resolve commission-related inquiries by validating data and communicating clearly with advisors and internal partners.
  • Identify and resolve transactions with incorrect or missing information to prevent future rework.
  • Maintain and update internal systems with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Analyze data patterns to identify root causes of recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
  • Collaborate with teammates and vendors to deliver a strong service experience for field advisors.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required
  • 2+ years of work experience in the financial services industry
  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, lookup functions like VLOOKUP)
  • 1+ years of RIA and/or broker-dealer experience
  • Must be able to pass a non-registered fingerprint background check to qualify under FINRA
  • Authorization to work in the United States
