TL;DR

Associate Vice President, Strategy: Overseeing Kepler’s largest and most complex client partnership, leading day-to-day operations across a team of approximately 100+ specialists and managers with an accent on client satisfaction, performance, and growth. Focus on developing industry-leading media approaches and frameworks, identifying and codifying best practices, and refining Kepler’s unique approach to planning, client management, and media deployment.

Location: Onsite in Philadelphia

Salary: $180,000 - $195,000

What you will do

  • Serve as the senior point of contact for a large enterprise client, with full accountability for satisfaction, performance, and growth.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships, including CMO and senior marketing stakeholders.
  • Lead development of integrated, full-funnel digital media strategies across multiple lines of business.
  • Oversee operations across a 100+ person team to ensure alignment, efficiency, and consistently high-quality execution.
  • Directly manage and develop 5-7 Director-level leaders, fostering accountability and growth.
  • Partner cross-functionally across media, analytics, strategy, and operations to drive integrated delivery.

Requirements

  • 10-15+ years of experience in digital advertising, account management, marketing strategy/consulting, performance marketing, direct marketing, and/or brand management.
  • Deep expertise in digital media strategy, activation, and measurement across both brand and performance objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to build executive-level relationships and influence decision-making within large enterprise organizations.
  • Proven experience leading large, cross-functional teams, both directly and indirectly, with a strong track record of developing senior and emerging leaders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to connect marketing initiatives to measurable business impact.
  • Process-oriented leader with a hands-on, “roll up your sleeves” mindset.
