What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale IT operations transformation programs.
• Define and execute multi-year roadmaps including milestones, risks, and success metrics.
• Drive execution across workstreams for cloud infrastructure, observability, and network operations.
• Partner with architecture and engineering teams to translate strategy into executable plans.
• Manage vendor coordination and SLA alignment for managed services transitions.
• Provide executive-level communication regarding program status, decisions, and risks.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience leading large-scale, cross-functional technology transformation programs.
• Strong expertise within IT operations environments including cloud, hosting, and network operations.
• Proven ability to manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders and interdependencies.
• Experience leading outsourcing or managed services transitions.
• Strong understanding of modern IT operations practices including automation and AI-driven capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to drive execution and maintain momentum in complex environments.
