Salary: $139,900 – $304,200 per year

What you will do

• Define and evolve measurement frameworks across Bing Multimedia to ensure consistent product performance tracking.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to ensure metric accuracy and identify anomalies in data pipelines.
• Leverage AI tools to prototype and scale internal applications, agents, or automated processes for analytics.
• Translate complex data issues into clear problem statements to drive cross-organizational alignment.
• Manage external vendors to ensure high-quality delivery of analytics, reporting, and tooling efforts.
• Synthesize raw datasets into decision-ready insights for leadership and executive-level business reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 6+ years of experience in engineering, technical program management, or data analysis.
• 3+ years of experience managing complex cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with Python or R for data validation and automation.
• Ability to engage deeply on system design, data pipelines, and agent-based architectures.
• Demonstrated experience leading initiatives that resulted in measurable business or product impact.

Nice to have

• Proven track record of influencing senior product and engineering leadership.
• Experience with AI-assisted developer workflows (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Visual Studio Code).
• Background in building internal tools, dashboards, or analytics platforms for executive decision-making.
• Familiarity with multi-agent workflows and modern AI frameworks.
