What you will do

• Drive end-to-end execution of Copilot features from initial planning through to delivery.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Design teams to deliver new capabilities in an agile environment.
• Bring structure to complex, ambiguous problems by creating clear plans, processes, and frameworks.
• Identify and mitigate program risks while managing cross-functional trade-offs.
• Improve team effectiveness by implementing scalable operating rhythms and automation tools.
• Communicate program insights and status updates to leadership and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Extensive experience coordinating highly complex, multi-team technical programs.
