What you will do

• Conduct individual and group substance abuse counseling sessions.
• Develop and update personalized patient treatment plans and maintain comprehensive records.
• Assess patient social, educational, and vocational needs to support long-term recovery.
• Provide crisis intervention and coordinate care with community providers.
• Ensure all clinical documentation adheres to federal, state, and accrediting agency regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and provide in-service staff training.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid counseling credential (LAC, CAC, PLPC, LPC, LMSW, or RSW) based on state requirements.
• Degree in a human services field (Masters or Bachelors).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the USA.
• Demonstrated knowledge of human behavior and addiction rehabilitation principles.
• Ability to make effective decisions in sensitive and stressful situations.
