E-Commerce Inside Sales Specialist (Fintech): Supporting and scaling a growing e-commerce business within a global electronic components distributor with an accent on qualifying inbound leads and building customer relationships. Focus on collaborating cross-functionally with pricing, category management, and sales teams to create a seamless customer experience between e-commerce and account executives.

Location: Must be based in Boston, MA (Onsite)

Salary: $60,000–$65,000 annually, plus commission

What you will do

  • Qualify inbound leads and identify customer fit, intent, and timing for e-commerce models.
  • Conduct outbound calling and needs discovery to understand buyer applications and requirements.
  • Monitor pricing guidelines and live offers to optimize product positioning online.
  • Vet and hand off warm opportunities to the sales team with detailed context.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Paid Search to provide feedback on lead quality and market demand signals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with comfort on the phone.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset for independent and collaborative work.
  • Highly motivated, coachable, and eager to learn sales fundamentals.
  • Must be able to work onsite in the Boston Seaport office.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in inside sales or customer service roles.
