What you will do

• Sell and promote loan products to prospects and industry influencers to grow market share.
• Design innovative credit packages and provide expert financial counseling to young and beginning customers.
• Maintain healthy business pipelines and implement regional business growth plans.
• Service assigned portfolios including loan administration and monitoring performance.
• Facilitate financial workshops and provide 1:1 coaching to develop customer financial acumen.
• Collaborate with credit teams and regional leadership to ensure sound loan decisions and portfolio success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Agribusiness, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 6+ years of lending or credit analysis experience in the agricultural sector.
• Must be available for 70% daily travel and 30% overnight travel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with loan origination software and Salesforce.
• Strong relationship management and sales background.
• Expertise in the full economic cycle of agriculture.
