What you will do
- Craft complex credit segmentation criteria for targeting, underwriting policies, and account management using QuickBooks data.
- Manage policy and portfolio performance, extract insights, report to stakeholders, and drive actions.
- Identify opportunities across customer lifecycle, from credit risk to product experience, and drive end-to-end implementation.
- Collaborate with data scientists, underwriting, product, marketing, and engineering teams to develop innovative strategies.
- Use big data tools to analyze transactional data and translate into business opportunities.
- Design, implement, and monitor tests for acquisition strategies and credit policies.
Requirements
- MS/PhD in quantitative fields (Statistics, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Economics) or Bachelor with 3+ years experience.
- 3+ years in analytics, preferably lending or fintech.
- Track record of data-driven insights quantitatively and qualitatively.
- Proficient in Python, R, or SQL; advanced Excel and SQL skills.
- Familiar with big data tech like HIVE, Hadoop.
- Credit risk knowledge: bureau attributes, scoring, scorecard modeling, pricing, loss forecasting, collections, fraud.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, communication, and ownership skills.
