What you will do

• Oversee global direct and indirect tax compliance for US and foreign jurisdictions.
• Review transfer pricing calculations and associated documentation.
• Prepare quarterly and annual income tax provision calculations and account reconciliations.
• Manage tax audit responses and assembly of documentation for inquiries.
• Advise cross-functional teams on sales tax, withholding tax, and VAT for customer contracts.
• Maintain SOX compliance and identify opportunities to automate workpapers.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant tax experience with a mix of in-house and public accounting background.
• Deep understanding of US and international tax concepts, specifically ASC740 and ASC718.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot tables, SUMIFS, and INDEX/MATCH.
• Strong project management and communication skills to work with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to work flexible hours to coordinate with global teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in the SaaS or Cloud tech industry.
• Proficiency with Netsuite, Zuora, and Avalara.
