What you will do

• Lead the finance workstream for New Product Introductions (NPI).
• Own the project lifecycle from initial discovery and business case development through to post-launch stabilization.
• Partner with GTM and Sales Ops to optimize the deal lifecycle.
• Document detailed business requirement documents (BRD) and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Ensure all system changes comply with ASC 606 standards and internal controls.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive change management and training programs.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Finance Transformation, Finance Operations, Consulting, or Finance Program Management within a high-growth SaaS or technology environment.
• Deep domain knowledge of Quote-to-Cash cycles, GTM strategies, and Revenue Accounting (ASC 606).
• Technical proficiency with ERPs (e.g., NetSuite) and CRM/Billing tools such as Salesforce, CPQ, Zuora Billing, or Zuora RevPro.
• Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives and hitting deadlines with diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies.
