What you will do

• Collaborate with the Chief Product & Technology Officer to identify and integrate AI opportunities.
• Research, prototype, and implement production-ready AI solutions to improve product capabilities.
• Develop and deploy AI models that enhance internal workflows and data processing.
• Educate team members on AI best practices and demonstrate new AI tool capabilities.
• Present business impact analysis and AI-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
• Document technical implementations, research findings, and operational guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Data Science, or related field.
• 0-2 years of professional experience with a strong portfolio of personal AI/LLM projects.
• Understanding of machine learning concepts and natural language processing.
• Experience with AI platforms like OpenAI, Anthropic, or Hugging Face.
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript.
• Must be able to work on-site in the New York office.

• Experience taking AI projects from conceptualization to deployment.
• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical business stakeholders.
