What you will do

• Lead requirements-gathering sessions and translate business needs into scalable technical designs.
• Configure Salesforce components including objects, flows, security models, and validation rules.
• Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Design integration mappings and manage data flows between systems.
• Execute test plans and support deployment using DevOps tools like Copado.
• Manage data migration tasks and quality checks using tools like Data Loader.

Requirements

• Must be based in Spain
• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience
• Proficiency in English and Spanish
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, design patterns, and integration patterns.
• Experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and release management.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
