What you will do

• Design and deploy custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Define technical architecture and implement complex integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Manage platform administration, including security, user management, and data integrity.
• Oversee CI/CD processes and release governance using Salesforce DevOps tools.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and administrators.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and development.
• 5+ years of experience designing and implementing complex Salesforce integrations.
• 2+ years of experience in Salesforce administration.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and APIs.
• Proven experience with DevOps tools for Salesforce deployments.
• Ability to work onsite in Boston, MA.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Developer or Administrator certifications.
• Experience with Salesforce Government Cloud environments.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Exposure to Snowflake, MuleSoft, Informatica Cloud, or Tableau.
