What you will do

• Lead a team developing deep SaaS and cloud integrations from design to production.
• Own end-to-end delivery including architecture, implementation, automated testing, and CI/CD.
• Mentor engineers and conduct design and code reviews to ensure high-quality output.
• Drive a culture of technical excellence, ownership, and innovation within the engineering team.
• Partner with product management to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience leading engineering teams in cybersecurity or related domains.
• 6+ years of software engineering experience focusing on scalable architecture and system design.
• Strong understanding of security principles within modern cloud and SaaS environments.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering high-performance, large-scale systems.
• Must be based in or able to work from Tel Aviv.

Nice to have

• Experience with modern cloud infrastructure like Kubernetes, Docker, relational/NoSQL databases, and messaging systems.
• Familiarity with AI infrastructure such as Bedrock or Foundry.
• Knowledge of AI coding agents like Cursor or Claude Code.
• Familiarity with identity and access security protocols.
