What you will do

• Be the full tech owner of your team’s products, lead code reviews, and maintain a high level of code quality.
• Take end-to-end professional responsibility over your team’s Agile development life-cycle.
• Grow and mentor your team members.
• Serve as a force multiplier for your team by identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Design, code, and deliver features to production.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders within the company by planning, brainstorming, and sharing feedback.

Requirements

• BSc in computer science or an equivalent from a known university or college in Israel or an exceptional track record in server-side development.
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in managing development teams.
• High-level knowledge of C#, C/C++, Java, Go, Python.
• Experience building scalable and high-available distributed services.
• Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.

Nice to have

• Experience developing services hosted on AWS, Azure, GCP.
