What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of full-stack engineers through the design and delivery of complex projects.
• Drive the architecture and implementation of data-centric applications using modern technologies and cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate with QA, Product, Design, and DevOps teams to ensure system scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce engineering best practices, and foster a high-quality engineering culture.
• Research and integrate new technologies to overcome technical challenges and improve productivity.
• Own the full project lifecycle from requirement gathering and design to production monitoring.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in Full Stack development.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Team Lead.
• Proven hands-on experience building and maintaining large-scale, data-oriented platforms.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture and distributed systems (AWS preferred).
• Proficiency with Python, TypeScript, React, Kubernetes, Kafka, and Postgres.
• Experience developing CI/CD pipelines and production-grade microservices.

Nice to have

• Experience with NoSQL databases and data lake storage solutions.
• Experience working on SaaS-based security products.
• Experience with browser extensions or other endpoint clients.
