What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering professional growth and ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Own core Network systems, driving decisions on architecture, scalability, and long-term technical direction.
• Develop foundational infrastructure components that support network performance and diverse use cases.
• Work cross-functionally with product teams to define and execute the team roadmap.
• Ensure the availability, reliability, and stability of platform components in production.
• Lead technical sessions and workshops to share best practices across the organization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in management leading engineering teams on high-scale products.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in backend or full-stack development.
• BSc in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Deep expertise in designing distributed systems for scale, performance, and resiliency.
• Experience with customer-facing collaboration and cross-functional teamwork.
