Location: This position is on-site 3 days a week in our NYC office

Salary: $170K-$180K per year

What you will do

• Design and execute a world-class events calendar, from executive roundtables to international security summits.
• Own end-to-end logistics, including vendor management, booth production, and on-site execution.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing Ops to ensure every engagement is captured, tracked, and converted into a measurable pipeline.
• Translate event data into actionable business impact, continuously optimizing our strategy based on market trends and performance.
• Leverage AI tools to scale workflows and create personalized experiences for attendees.

Requirements

• 3-5 years in field marketing or event management, with a solid understanding of the cybersecurity landscape.
• Previous experience managing presence at major industry conferences like RSA or Identiverse.
• Proven track record of executing high-impact events across different regions (US, EMEA, etc.) and managing international vendors.
• Ability to move seamlessly from high-level strategy to the granular details of on-site production.
• Understanding that an event’s success is measured by the quality of the pipeline it generates.
• Curious about and comfortable using AI tools to optimize work and the attendee experience.
• Exceptional communication skills.
