What you will do

• Capture and document business needs through workshops and user stories.
• Design, configure, and deploy scalable solutions using Salesforce Flow.
• Lead and manage full project lifecycles and stakeholder communication.
• Maintain technical designs, process diagrams, and UAT plans.
• Manage data quality and migrations using specialized tools.
• Provide expert guidance on Salesforce best practices and governance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Salesforce experience across multiple clouds.
• Strong skills in declarative configuration, automation, and data migration.
• Familiarity with Lightning Platform and Agile methodologies.
• English and Spanish proficiency required.
• Previous experience managing small to mid-sized projects.
• Required Salesforce certifications: Certified Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, and/or Data Cloud.

Nice to have

• Platform Developer certification.
• Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Consumer Goods Cloud certifications.
• Bachelor’s degree.
