What you will do

• Collaborate with Sales and Delivery teams to craft and position applied AI solutions for enterprise clients.
• Lead discovery and pre-sales engagements, including proposal development and RFP responses.
• Define reference architectures and proof-of-concepts showcasing AI, data, and cloud integration.
• Translate complex client objectives into actionable, high-value solution roadmaps.
• Act as a subject matter expert on AI and cloud ecosystems, identifying and addressing client challenges.
• Foster practice growth by sharing best practices and driving AI-focused internal innovation.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering and technical leadership, including consulting or pre-sales.
• Must be based and authorized to work in Canada.
• Demonstrated experience with Generative AI, RAG, and AI agents.
• Hands-on proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python or JavaScript.
• Proven ability to engage at the VP or C-level within enterprise environments.
• Solid understanding of cloud ecosystems including AWS, GCP, or Azure.
