What you will do
- Collaborate with Sales and Delivery teams to craft and position applied AI solutions for enterprise clients.
- Lead discovery and pre-sales engagements, including proposal development and RFP responses.
- Define reference architectures and proof-of-concepts showcasing AI, data, and cloud integration.
- Translate complex client objectives into actionable, high-value solution roadmaps.
- Act as a subject matter expert on AI and cloud ecosystems, identifying and addressing client challenges.
- Foster practice growth by sharing best practices and driving AI-focused internal innovation.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in software engineering and technical leadership, including consulting or pre-sales.
- Must be based and authorized to work in Canada.
- Demonstrated experience with Generative AI, RAG, and AI agents.
- Hands-on proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python or JavaScript.
- Proven ability to engage at the VP or C-level within enterprise environments.
- Solid understanding of cloud ecosystems including AWS, GCP, or Azure.

- Track record of shaping high-value deals with sales leadership.
- Exceptional storytelling and advocacy skills for technical solutioning.
