What you will do

• Lead zero-to-one development of new product features from discovery to launch.
• Build functional prototypes and production-grade features integrating LLMs and various data sources.
• Translate customer insights into crisp product requirements, specifications, and success metrics.
• Design and run experiments to validate hypotheses and drive measurable outcomes.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to turn high-signal feedback into roadmap priorities.
• Champion a high bar for UX, performance, and developer ergonomics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience across product and software development lifecycles.
• Must be based in Sydney, Australia.
• Must be able to work on-site in the Sydney office 3 days per week.
• Proven ability to quickly master new technologies and languages.
• Strong experience with modern programming frameworks, specifically TypeScript and Node.js.
• Deep interest in AI and building innovative, category-defining products.

Nice to have

• Background in both product management and software engineering.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools and LLM integration.
