Location: Must be based in Sydney, Australia (Hybrid - 3 Days In Office)

What you will do
- Design and implement AI agents and extend existing agent capabilities using advanced context management techniques.
- Develop complex tools for agents including computer and browser automation.
- Research and implement orchestration systems for multi-agent collaboration and tool calling.
- Build and maintain production-grade APIs and AI-powered features across the full stack.
- Evaluate AI performance using systematic testing to iterate on prompts, tools, and orchestration quality.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proven track record building production-ready AI applications utilizing Generative AI, LLMs, or RAG.
- Strong programming proficiency in Python and TypeScript.
- Solid understanding of software design, service architecture, and scalable system principles.
- Must be able to work from the office in Sydney, Australia, 3 days per week.

- Prior experience in a high-growth startup environment.
- Personal projects or open-source contributions related to AI agents or LLM tooling.
