Compensation: $230,000–$258,750 (Total Cash)

What you will do
- Serve as a senior strategic authority across retail media platforms including Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, Criteo, and Instacart.
- Act as an executive point of contact for key client relationships with accountability for performance and growth.
- Lead and mentor team leaders and cross-functional teams to foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Oversee the execution of complex, multi-platform retail media programs ensuring consistency and scalability.
- Drive innovation through the evaluation of emerging platforms and beta opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to shape the long-term retail media vision and business development strategy.
Requirements
- 12–15+ years of experience in retail media, ecommerce advertising, or performance marketing.
- Demonstrated success operating at a senior leadership level with accountability for client outcomes and business growth.
- Ability to influence executive-level client relationships within complex enterprise organizations.
- Strong analytical mindset capable of translating data into actionable executive-level narratives.
- Expertise in the retail media ecosystem, including sponsored ads, DSP, and offsite strategies.
- Must be based in the US or able to work within the organization's regional requirements.
