What you will do

  • Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Develop and execute high-level hiring strategies to meet company-wide goals for high-impact roles.
  • Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand requirements and present talent pool data.
  • Build and maintain a robust, diverse recruiting funnel through proactive networking and relationship building.
  • Provide candidates with clear information regarding culture, compensation, and benefits while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Ensure compliance with established procedures and utilize Greenhouse as the primary applicant tracking system.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Professional fluency in English (written and verbal).
  • Demonstrated success in strategic sourcing and identifying hard-to-find talent.
  • Strong technical acumen with familiarity in software/hardware tools and cross-functional HR workflows.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to execute on complex hiring priorities.
