What you will do

• Coordinate meetings and events, manage calendars, and track project timelines and action items.
• Communicate with clients and partners to provide updates and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain and update project documentation, databases, and client records.
• Support the formatting and distribution of project deliverables like reports and presentations.
• Refine project coordination processes and provide general operational support.
• Identify opportunities to improve project management activities using innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or administrative support.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship.
• Must be located in the United States.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Teams.
• Experience using AI tools to synthesize information and improve efficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience with project management software.
• Familiarity with Airtable.
