What you will do
- Provide professional user support and resolve customer inquiries via telephone.
- Manage billing and account servicing issues.
- Navigate multiple websites and systems to manage and complete projects efficiently.
- Collaborate with the Team Lead to track metrics and plan task prioritization.
- Develop action plans for escalated customer issues.
- Deliver consistent, high-quality service, particularly during challenging interactions.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work in Cebu, Philippines.
- Eligibility to work in the Philippines without sponsorship.
- Minimum age of 18.
- Excellent telephone manner and listening skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
